New to CrossFit – Your first step is to complete Foundations, which consists of two 60 minute personal training sessions where we introduce you to the movements, terminology, equipment, and methodology you’ll need to be familiar with before jumping into classes. Click below to purchase your Foundations package, and we will contact you to schedule your sessions. After Foundations, we’ll get you set up with an unlimited class membership.
Experienced with CrossFit – You can skip Foundations if you have a minimum of 3 months experience training in a CrossFit affiliate. Sign up for an unlimited membership below and you’ll receive a welcome email with access to our member app, where you can sign our waiver and reserve class times.
Visiting Syracuse – You can purchase a one time drop in or one week pass below.
